My Frustrating and Complicated Experience with Fixing the Repair Error (Part 1)

I would take like a minute to blog the following, okay.

Less than two weeks ago, I was going to do a system restore. But then, it was unsuccessful. I tried to do it again, but it still no results. I did tried fixing the system volumes, but it obviously doesn't work; It only works when you have a system volume error. I had a different error instead as it doesn't involve with volumes. It involves with data corruption.

The next thing is that I tried to do a windows diagnosis test, like what the Microsoft help forum said. And despite having a system restore error, the Windows Diagnosis Test said that my laptop doesn't have an errors. So I tried to do a system restore again...several times; It still having the same error. I tried Disk Checking Error and that said it doesn't have any errors.

But despite all of that, as I trying several ways to restore, I still found that the system can't restore and, in fact, would not restore at all. First of all, I didn't think it would have been a very frustration and complicated experience...if the Dell Drivers and Utilities CD, which I apparently only have since there's believed to be no operating system installation disc that came with it at the time, contain the entire reinstallation of the laptop. Nope, it was about: what it says on the disc. Only drivers and utilities. Nothing else. There was no option to reinstall the C drive, which the laptop uses.

Second, I tried Dell Backup and Recovery. Now I did tried Dell Backup and Recovery back in October 2013 with me creating a recovery DVD. I don't know whether it's asking me a second disc or I cancel the program because it was too long, because I when I tried to restore it in November (that was when Windows 8.1 was installed and, at first, I initially didn't like it), it's asking me to do a second disc. A second disc of what?!?! Is this restore program requires two DVDs? I got panicked and decided that I have no choice but to abort the process. At least data wasn't corrupted as the system boots normally.

Now I'm using the Dell program the second time with two appropriate discs. I put disc one in and at first the program processes smoothly until it got stuck on the 'verifying disc' part. The process says that it will take several minutes depending on your system so I just wait. And wait. And wait. Until I decided that I had enough with this, that I abort the disc burning process and decided to go with the recovery DVDs that I have. A YouTube video (NOT from the company; but from a customer) shows an example of how the Recovery Installation process works; I guess maybe my recovery installation process got stuck was because there was no space left for my disc (the customer has over 7 GB; I only have over 3 GB despite the disc cover calming '4.7 GB'). Since both of them are 'disc 1' and not 'disc 1' and 'disc 2', I decided to give it a shot and see what happens.

But even before that happens, I get a message. It was something like this: You can't restore your PC. You need to have a Windows installation disc (WHICH I DON'T HAVE and I don't know if this disc ever CAME with the laptop because if it did, it probably owned by someone else).

So my laptop has a repair error that I, apparently, cannot fix. But there was no errors found on the system. Even my system status says that my system is health. I still look for help and research, thinking maybe there's a virus injecting into the error. I still don't know, because right now I can't renew my McAfee subscription because of it's high price. I'll renew it if I had enough money to buy it, but I wasn't sure if it will solve problems physically.

I would talk this situation and that situation even further tomorrow. In the meantime here are several screenshots:
