As I'm writing this, I just taken a third round of two tablets of Tylenol Extra Strength to smoothing my sore throat. It's painful. It's the third day that I have a sore throat. Yesterday, I was trying to make things better by trying not to sallow, but I failed because I can't control my body. I did try not to sallow...by walking in the night.
I realized that besides taking very few rounds of two tablets, the other step for me to stop the sore throat is to not lie on the bed on my back. Overnight, my throat was actually better. At that point, I was thinking is this a dream or it's my throat is actually getting better.
So I did a very little celebration after a very brief visit to the bathroom. That was actually around 2:00am and I was laying down sideways completely. It was short-lived. When I was celebrating in bed, I was lying down on my back. Therefore my sore throat slowly comes back.
Throughout my sleep, I try avoiding laying down on my back but...I wasn't. By morning, I woke up with a sore throat for a third time...or a forth time. I don't know.
Tomorrow I'll be writing my sick days so far.
